2. Incoming inspection
- Setup of the device
- Test measurements with calibration dust and ambient air
3. Check and readjustment of the electrical components
- Calibration of high voltage modul
4. Cleaning and check of impactors
5. Check of sheath air flow circuit
- Replacement of dessicant
- Replacement of filter
- Cleaning and replacement of internal tubing (if necessary)
- Calibration of sheath air flow rate
- Leak test
6. Software
- Examination of correct installation (Are all components existing?
Are the program paths correct? Is the program version the
current one and is it exact?)
- If necessary: update of the software
7. Evaluation of the overall function and test measurements with
complete U-SMPS system
8. Packing of the device ready for dispatch
Small repairs are included
Excluded are the following spare parts, which must be ordered
separately:
- Blower for sheath air
- High voltage modul
- Touchscreen Display (and X-ray charger for DEMC X)
